Complaints statistics
Complaints statistics relate to second stage NHS complaints only. The complaints team produce quarterly management information reports on each Strategic Health Authority (SHA) detailing the complaints received about the trusts in each SHA area. These reports give information on the number of cases closed by each trust in the three month period and details the outcome, specialty areas complained about, issues raised and recommendations made within each case.
