Terms and conditions

If a Purchase Order has been placed under an existing Healthcare Commission contract, or under a framework contract, the supplier should have been issued with a copy of the specific conditions for that agreement. Otherwise, the Purchase Order is subject only to the HC standard “Conditions of Supply for Purchase Orders”, which are available for viewing below.
