Equality impact assessments
This page outlines the equality impact assessments that we carry out when planning our activities, with links to our outcome reports and completed screening forms.
Planning for inclusion process
We refer to our impact assessment process as the planning for inclusion process (PIP). It encourages us to be aware of the impact of our work on different groups of people, in terms of a person's ethnic origin, whether or not they are disabled, their gender identity, age, sexual orientation and religion or belief.
The PIP process is designed to help us to identify whether any activities that we are planning raise equality issues, and to plan action that will maximise the opportunity for promoting equality and inclusion.
