As England's healthcare watchdog, we receive a large amount of enquiries from the public and healthcare professionals. Our Helpline, staffed by a dedicated team of advisors, gives timely, accurate information and advice.
The Helpline staff are highly trained and have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the Healthcare Commission's work. They provide a one-stop shop for all queries or questions about our work.
When shall I call the Helpline?
The Helpline is your first port of call if you have any concerns about healthcare providers. They can also deal with complaints or requests for investigations. If you have any questions at all about us, or any of our services, they will be able to help you, or direct you to the right team.
