Safety alerts
The Healthcare Commission provides a service to registered Independent Healthcare providers to receive safety alerts by email. The alerts circulated include safety notices from the Department of Health (DH) and medical device alerts from the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) via the Safety Alerts Broadcast System (SABS).
Alerts are sent to providers electronically. If you are a registered independent healthcare provider and would like to receive alerts, please follow the link below and submit your contact details.
Please note that this service is relevant to Independent Healthcare Providers only. Healthcare providers within the NHS will receive alerts from the Department of Health directly.
