How can I find the information that I am looking for?
Use the navigation buttons at the top of each page to access the main sections of the website. You can then access more detailed information by selecting relevant sub-section links, which are visually presented on the left-hand side of each page, and also specified before the main page content itself.
Alternatively, you can follow the link to the site map found at the top of every page, then choose the section you want to see from the list of options.
A third way of locating information is to enter a term or phrase of interest in the search box, which can be found at the top of each page. This site search will retrieve all pages that relate to your entered term or phrase that have been published anywhere on the Healthcare Commission's website.

How do I view PDF files?

How do I get back to the Healthcare Commission site from an external site?
If you follow a link to an external website, it will open the website in a new browser window. The Healthcare Commission's website page that you had been viewing is retained in the original browser window. If you want to return to the Healthcare Commission website, simply close the second browser window.
Why can't I access an external website?
We are not able to guarantee that links from the Healthcare Commission website to external websites will always be available.
