Primary care trust survey of patients 2005

This survey was carried out by all primary care trusts in England and asked people about their recent experiences of local healthcare services. Questionnaires were sent to 257,505 patients and completed questionnaires were received from 116,939 patients. This represents a national response rate of 47%.
